All orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat rate of £4.95 per order, delivery is free on orders over £50.

Refund Policy

We sincerely hope you happy with your order, but understand that this won't always be the case.

If any part of your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at gemma@bespokeboutique.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order.  Please also supply photo's of the damage and we will get back to you with replacement or refund options.  We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

If you would simply like to return or exchange your items please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide return details.  Please note that we don't offer free returns or returns labels unless the item is faulty or damaged.  Please return your item using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.  

Some of our items are supplied personalised or made to order & unfortunately we don't offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
